Santi Garzozi was born in Quito, Ecuador. At the age of eighteen, he left his hometown to follow a decisive intuition: to dedicate his life to telling stories. He settled in Madrid, where he discovered that acting is not about pretending but about revealing what is true.

Trained between technique and emotion, he studied with Víctor Antolí, who taught him the importance of honesty in the craft. He continued his training at the Escuela para el Arte del Actor, led by Clara Méndez-Leite, where body and language came together to shape his scenic truth. He has also learned from teachers such as Pablo Silber, Juanma López, and Asier Aldea Esnola, who have deeply influenced his artistic perspective.

Physical preparation is essential to his work. He practices mixed martial arts and athletics, disciplines that strengthen his connection with strength, endurance, and movement control, while also cultivating listening and calm. He firmly believes that the body stores emotions the actor must learn to release.

He speaks Spanish and holds an officially certified advanced level of English, which allows him to work in international productions and continue expanding his creative horizons. He plays the ukulele and guitar, tools he uses to explore rhythm, voice, and sonic sensitivity in performance.

Santi starred in the first season of Física o Química: La Nueva Generación, and will soon begin filming the second season, once again stepping into the role of Jeremy.

He is drawn to characters who navigate between light and shadow, and to stories that breathe truth. For him, acting is a form of love: loving the moment, the other person, and the possibility of living many lives without ceasing to be oneself.
